I'm going to get fit!

I'm going to do it, I'm going to start to get fit. 

I'm determined to get fit and toned by summer, I don't want to lose weight or become a skinny minny just even my body out if that makes any sense, I have a small belly that makes me really self conscious when I tuck vest in or wear something clingy I know how stupid I sound because I don't fit into the 'fat' category but its how I feel about myself more than anything. I have really bad eating habits and I don't exercise as much as I really should. I want to get to the summer and have a toned stomach so I can show my tattoo off and tone my legs up so I can get a thigh tattoo. I'm really determined, so determined I'm going to take some before shots, I may or may not share them with you, it depends how I feel. What I am going to do is document my progress and how much weight I lose and how well exercise is going and dieting is. I find it quite amusing though that I'm writing this after having a takeaway pizza but in my defense we have no food whatsoever in this house and all stores shut at 4pm on a sunday.
As for exercise I don't plan on doing running or anything like that because it just doesn't work for me, I'm going to use the bike more and do more walking and press ups and squats etc.
Diet wise I'm going start eating more fruit and try more veg, I'm still not going to eat meat, I'm going to eat less cheese, this is going to be hard for me, I fucking love cheese. Sorry for swearing but I get that excited about cheese I just love it, I could eat it all day every day! Anyway I'm cutting out fast food well I'll allow myself it twice a week and I'm only going to eat dessert when I'm out for a meal and the same for Fizzy drinks. I'm going to drink lots of water and drink low fat milk in my tea and put a quarter teaspoon of honey in my tea instead of sugar. I'm going to cut sweets out too. I can't cut cake out because its my life.
I'm a really bad eater, I barely eat any foods and rarely eat at all so I'm going to start making an effort to eat at least twice a day Breakfast and Dinner. Lunch occasionally if I need it.
I hope I make it this time guys, I'm sure with determination and a good ipod playlist I'll be fine.

Have you got any exercise tips? Or any tips on getting fussy eaters to eat more food?

  1. Buy fruit sugar instead of caster sugar for cakes, makes it a liiiittle bit better :) xx

  4. I am so with you! The gym next to my office did a 14 days membership for £14 and I started on Tuesday and have been aching somewhere ever since! I can't believe you don't eat proper meals though - my whole life is based around my meals. Maybe you have my problem and don't know how to cook?? I feel like that's such a hindrance to healthy eating cos you never have any inspiration of what to make.

    1. I can't afford the gym just yet but my boyfriends making me go on bike rides and runs with him so I stick to it haha. I don't eat proper meals 'cause I never have time for them, it's ridiculous, I can cook but I just don't really like half the foods out there, I need to stop being so picky and start trying things! x

  5. Toning your body might take some time but I commend the steps you took, Kloe. Using the bike and doing stationary exercises in the comfort of your home will certainly help you in achieving your goal. Just make sure not to overwork yourself and keep a stable balance in your food intake. I would also suggest that you can go for an after 8 diet because it is medically proven that food's we intake during those hours are somewhat digested slowly thus adding to bad body fats.
