The Tuesday Playlist! #2

I have no idea why I promise to do certain posts every week or to ever finish the A-Z of me posts because lets face it I am poor at keeping up with things oops. I have though remembered this week that today is in fact Tuesday and I should be sharing some music with you. This week I've listened to a jumble of stuff, mainly due to visiting Sam. Also by sharing these playlists I have realised how un-metal I actually am, blates more pop punk haha. I have had an idea though every other week I'm going to share my favourite songs of that week then the week after I'll share a playlist of a specific theme or band! Cause then it spices things up doesn't it? So what have I been listening to this week? I'm not going to lie I haven't had much chance to listen to music apart from getting the train to Lincoln/driving back and when we were pre-drinking so these are some favourites I've heard through out the week.
Sink, Brand New  - I have no idea how it took me so long to listen to Brand New! I hadn't heard them until the start of July and up to that point all I knew about them was that everyone on my Tumblr dashboard reblogged their album covers and assumed they were some shitty hipster band until my friend Michael asked if I liked them and Michael has amazing taste in music so I gave them a go and fell a little bit in love. Moral of the story, don't judge a band because of Tumblr.
You & I, Bury Tomorrow - Oh man, Bury Tomorrow are like my babies, this was the first track I heard by them and I think it'll always be my favourite, it reminds me of last summer so much. I feel lucky to have seen them twice already but I can't wait to see them do a full set as they're amazing. This song is great I don't really know what to say about it really but like just listen please I mean Daniel from band is beautiful too so that helps right?
Always Be, Jimmy Eat World - This song will always be (see what I did there? Coudln't help it) a song that will make my day much better. It's always been my favourite JEW song and the lyrics are some of my favourite, they really speak to you when you're having a shitty day it just makes me feel so much more positive about life. Honestly if you feel shit whack this on and suddenly you're feeling all positive it's all ok.
I Write Sins Not Tragedies, Panic! At The Disco - I instantly feel 13 again listening to Panic! like this song was the start of my 'emo days' and oh man I will never get sick of hearing it. I hadn't listened to it in so long then Lewis sang it on Friday when we we're all talking about marriage and oh man I forgot how good it was. Brendon's voice and the lyrics are brilliant oh man the height of the emo days!
Dorian Gray, William Control - Oh man wiL's voice in this song! (I still call him wiL with the capital L like it was written in Kerrang back in day) I absolutely love the lyrics and song and oh man the beat everything about it. I'm going into fan girl mode here haha, I have a photo somewhere on stage at one of his shows in '10 and I look like I'm about to die with happiness cause I'm stood next to him. Haha. Dorian Gray is one of my favourite books, I actually drew a tattoo design from the lyrics of this song when I was 16 and I now have one pretty similar just based on my future career choices not song lyrics but still. (My thigh tattoo if you're curious.)
Dirty Little Secret, Bullet For My Valentine - Although I'm not a huge fan of temper temper it has some pretty decent songs on, and this is probably my favourite. I love it when Matt Tuck sings in a soft ish way, his voice kinda makes me weak at the knees. This is a great song to listen to when you're kinda pissed off with people haha.
Berzerk, Eminem - I'd say Eminem is a guilty pleasure but I ain't guilty man. The guys a boss, I've loved him since I was about 8, this is just an absolute tune to pre-drink to although Sam and Brandon didn't agree haha. Honestly it just makes me want to get a bottle neck it and pretend to be a bad ass rapper.
Tell That Mick He Just Made My List Of Things To Do Today, Fall Out Boy - This song just speaks to me on so many levels I don't know if it's the bitter lyrics or the catchy chorus or how angry yet up beat it is. Haha. I absolutely love the lyrics and well it's Fall Out Boy you all know how much I love those guys haha. Seriously though the lyrics to this track are just genius.

Have you got any music suggestions for me? Or any bands/genres you'd like me to make a playlist of?
