I love a good fruit smoothie for breakfast, it's great if you're in a rush since you can just chuck it all in your blender whilst you finish getting ready then pour it into a cup to go and you're sorted! This is one of my favourite smoothies it's just so yummy and filling!
- 3/4 cup of Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup of Cherry Juice (Fresh stuff, no added sugar or anything!)
- 1 cup of Frozen Cherries
- 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Frozen Cranberries
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of Oats
Pop all of these into your blender, blend until it's all smooth and your mix looks pretty liquidy and then serve and enjoy. You could if you wanted to be naughty top this with cream and a cherry but it's meant to be a sort of healthy breakfast. I usually make a smoothie on a morning when I get up or just after I've finished a work out and it keeps me full until dinner time so it's perfect for people who don't have time for a proper breakfast or lunch! If you don't have frozen fruit you can always use fresh it's up to you!
